Yes - or rather, it would require special un-care.
Lilysilk’s comforters are made from top quality long strand Mulberry silk floss, and as silk is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-acarid and anti-mold, it is very rare your comforter will need a thorough cleaning unless you do not use a duvet cover with the comforter. Simply air them once every few weeks in a well circulated area and let the fresh air do its work. However, do avoid direct sunlight if possible.
Keep in mind, however, that you should NEVER wash a silk filled comforter. You can spot clean small stains with lukewarm water and a light soap/detergent, but thorough cleaning will require the expertise of a silk-specialized drycleaner.
