There are two kinds of cases you may have here in LILYSILK, A registered case & A non-registered one.
A registered case:
Step 1:
Please view the top right of our site, you will see the Signs.
Step 2:
Please click it and you will see a little page where you can sign in or create an account.
Step 3:
After signing in, you will see your account dashboard. Please check your order details in “ My Orders”.
A non-registered case:
When you placed the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. Please contact us online or submit a ticket to check your order issues. Our customer service staff will reply to you within 24 business hours. Please kindly note when you contact us, please send us your e-mail address or order number.
