1.Customization
a.Silk Sleepwear:
Please go to the product page and tick the customization form. And then fill in your detailed measurements. Please note an additional fee will be charged as a customization fee (please refer to the website details page).
If you still have other special requirements, for example, you want to change the style of the sleepwear, you can simply leave a message on our website when you check out or submit a ticket. We will reply to you within 24 hours on business days.
b. Silk Bedding
If you want to customize silk bedding, such as comforters, fitted sheets, pillowcases, please submit a ticket before you place your order. Once you've provided the necessary information such as momme weight, size, silk weight, etc., we will determine whether or not the customization can be achieved and provide you with the customization price. If you accept the offered price, we will send you the payment link. Please let us know immediately after you've finished paying so we can add the customized products and process your order as soon as possible.
Attention: The reasonable size difference is within 1inch(2 cm). That means if your item is 1 inch larger or smaller than the measurements you offered, it is not defective.
2.Monograms
a.Silk Sleepwear:
Please go to the product page and click on the monogram option. Enter the monogram text, select the font, select the thread color, and save. Default monogramming position would be at the right chest/bust. Please note an extra fee will be charged for each monogrammed item (please refer to the website details page)
For any specific demands on quantity or position of monogrammed items, please submit a "Online Help" ticket located at the top right. We will generally get back to you within 24 business hours. And if you are using the mobile version, please find the ticket submission at the bottom of the page.
b.Silk Bedding:
If you want to monogram your silk bedding, such as fitted sheets, pillowcases, the process is the same as monogramming sleepwear. You can see the options on the item page. We apologize as silk comforters and pillows are not available for monogramming.
